Apartment in 3 rd floor
The apartment on the third floor has the same layout as the others but is completely unique thanks to its sea view from the living room and private terrace on the roof equipped with a pergola for year-round seating, along with outdoor kitchen and shower. The palm trees add to the relaxed feeling. The bedroom has a window to the spacious courtyard. The apartment will be completely finished and fully equipped and designed for short-term rentals. It will be decorated in Mediterranean style with elements of classic Sicilian culture.
